Charlotte walks us through her career journey from being a counter manager at MAC to almost falling into freelance work and growing her client base from there. We discuss the difficulties that a lot of MUA's (and other business owners) face when it comes to managing client expectations and touch on why it's so important to educate ourselves on serving clients of different skin tones and needs.
